Service Manager at our Childcare Centre, Tarneit Central
“I acknowledge the Kulin Nation, Woiwurrung and Wathaurong People as the original custodians on which I will begin my journey with Sparrow Tarneit Central, I pay my respects to Elder’s past, and present, thank you for sharing your land, knowledge, and traditions.” Read more.
My background as an educator within the Early Education and Care Sector has created opportunities to experience the joys of working alongside families, children, and teams across diverse settings, experiencing varying challenges, learning new roles and developing the skills I utilize today for the benefit of others. I strongly believe in upholding my values within my role reflecting on my experiences over the last 10 years and collating my knowledge for the benefit of others. I am very experienced as a Centre Manager, and I will look forward to partnering with you and your children to continue to develop healthy meaningful learning relationships with our team.
I believe in approaching families, children and the community in a way that is respectful, develops connections and ethical bonds, working to visualize my integrity towards the relationship between early learning and child development. I believe that all good relationships develop with trust, communication, and caring gestures. Children need time and a supportive non-judgmental space to learn, explore, discover, the best learning spaces that support this are flexible and allow children to set the pace for learning, “nothing is rushed…nothing to fear…nothing to fail” (Oldfield, 2001).
I believe it is important to have experienced or have the willingness to experience the roles and challenges of the team I am leading, being willing to roll up my sleeves and put in the hard work with my team is an important factor to building trust and connections.
I look forward to greeting you and introducing our team to you!
The Sparrow Way.
The Sparrow Way combines proven international early learning methods to create a unique practice designed for today’s society. Guided by the principles of Reggio Emilia and underpinned by The Early Years Framework for Australia, we embrace children’s inherent abilities to learn and develop, creating an environment for them to find solutions through exploration, discovery and invention.

Happy families at Sparrow Early Learning Centre Tarneit Central
“I’ve been sending my daughter here for the past 3 years since she was 8 months old. Everyone of the educators have been so caring and friendly. My daughter loves it here and we will be sending our 7 month old there soon. They are very responsible and professional and the communication from the service managers have always been top notch. Best child care services in Tarneit without a doubt!”
“I have no words to say how grateful we are to have found Sparrow. We’ve just moved to this area and on the top of all the stress of moving, we still had to find a good place for our little one. By chance, I booked a tour; and soon my daughter grew very fond of Sunaina and Inderjit. A big thank you to these beautiful ladies in the toddler room and also Erin, Binu and all the educators.”
