At Sparrow Early Learning Hilton, we create an environment that promotes confidence and a willingness to learn and discover. Our environments are warm and vibrant, provoking curiosity, friendships, learning and playfulness. We encourage children to appreciate, respect and learn more about the world in which they live.

As passionate Educators, we are determined to provide these avenues through interactive and play-based learning where the creative and educational possibilities are endless. Laughter and fun paves the way for learning and discoveries that will forever be recalled in the memory banks of our children.

Our team of Educators are passionate about providing high quality care and education to the Early Years. Our Educators are all highly trained or currently studying their Certificate 3, Diploma or Early Childhood Qualifications as well as the ability to speak many languages.

Our Educators are professional practitioners and observe closely, listen to children carefully and give value to their ideas and then create strategies to build on their interests.

My inspiration is taken from the Reggio Emilia approach, which is an inclusive, village-style approach that engages children, parents and the community as all being essential components to the learning process.

I have a personal passion for embedding sustainability within our day to day lives. Our children will inherit our planet and it is important that they are given the tools to respect and nurture it, just as the traditional owners of our land have.

I live locally with my partner and our two young boys and we have loved raising a family within this community. At home we are vegie growing, beach going, adventure loving, family with the passion for all things outdoors.

Enrolment process

Our childcare centre in Hilton promotes an open-door policy where families can visit and walk through the centre at any time during operational hours.

Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.

Once enrolled, the orientation process begins. The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
