What you’ll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy   A vibrant energy and proven experience in being a room leader Current Working with Children Check Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience with Storypark is a bonus First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
