As our Educational Leader you will work closely with both our Senior Leadership Team & Educator cohort and provide curriculum direction as well as drive continuous improvements within our educational programs and practices. Through reflection and review you will identify the teams individual and collective strengths to create stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities for our children’s inquisitive young minds to take flight.

What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and Play-based Child-drive Pedagogy
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with clear vision.
- Experience with mentoring & collaborating with a diverse team
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
