About the Role:
As a Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators
Toral Lodge Childcare Centre is situated in a tranquil environment in Buderim, Sunshine Coast Queensland. This centre purpose built for young children and families to enjoy farmyard experiences. Toral Lodge is a place where all people are valued. Educators, children, parents, families, and the wider community all have vital roles within our centre. What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role
- Experience in planning and documentation
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current and Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
