About the Role:
As a Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators
Sparrow Early Learning Coolum boasts a free flow indoor/ outdoor program with an amazing outdoor play space. Our team is made up of many long term and passionate educators. The service is located opposite Coolum State School and within walking distance to the shopping centre. Proudly we are one of the most sought after services in the community.
What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role
- Experience in planning and documentation
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current and Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
