As a full-time Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development.  You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators

Sparrow Early Learning High Wycombe is a purpose built, exceeding centre that has a dedicated team of early childhood educators who understand the importance of extending on children’s home-life experiences.

What you’ll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current & Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
