About the Roles:
As a Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators
Sparrow Early Learning Centre West Leederville boasts purpose-built indoor spaces and a large outdoor environment designed to spark a love of nature. Inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy, our educators provide a holistic, play-based curriculum with a strong emphasis on natural elements and outdoor learning experiences. We celebrate each child as unique and focus our programming on meeting the individual needs and interests of each child in our care. Located in the heart of West Leederville surrounded by cafes. Right next to train station and freeway links with free parking underground.
What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 1 year experience in a current Lead Educator role
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
