About the Role:
As an Assistant Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. In addition as our Nursery Studio Lead Educator you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver fun and educational programs and practices that supports our youngest learners development. You will provide a creative environment that engages our infants and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills and will have the unique opportunity to experience the joy and wonder that babies bring each day.

We provide a play-based program which is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. We are located within walking distance of the local high school and Shopping centre as well as Pacific Pines Central Park.
What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Proven experience in being a lead educator in a 0-2 age group
- An expansive range of sounds for “Old MacDonald”
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current Working with Children Check
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
