We are looking for Team Members who:

As a Lead Educators work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. It is required that you record children’s progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.
At Sparrow Early Learning Stones Corner, our programs are developmentally based to meet the needs of each individual child and build on their interests, strengths and emerging abilities. We have a great team environment and are culturally inclusive. Our location has car parking, is close to public transport and has a nearby hub of cafes.
What you’ll need:
- Lead Educator: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and 1 year experience in a current Early Learning Lead role.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
