Sparrow Swanbourne is a purpose-built, environmentally sustainable childcare centre offering child-led early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Minutes from public transport, local schools and parks, our inclusive centre celebrates all cultures, nationalities and religions. Operating between 7 am and 6 pm, we provide flexible drop-off and pickup times, ensuring children learn, play and grow in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.

We place a strong emphasis on social and emotional development, recognising the importance of the first 1,000 days in shaping wellbeing, relationships, and lifelong learning. Through responsive, nurturing interactions, children are supported to develop secure attachments, resilience, and a strong sense of identity.
Children experience a rich and engaging curriculum, including exciting incursions such as Mini Monsters, as well as regular community excursions to the local library and nature walks that connect learning with the world around them.
Hi! My name is Bec, and I have proudly been the Service Manager at Sparrow Early Learning Swanbourne since 2024.
Originally from Germany, I completed my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education in Münster before teaching Religion and Dutch in secondary schools for six years. After moving to Australia in 2018 and becoming a mother myself, I discovered a deep passion for the early years sector and the importance of children’s development during their first 1000 days of life.
