Service Manager at our Childcare Centre, High Wycombe

“I enjoy building strong positive relationships with each and every family and child that enters the service. This gives all families the feeling of belonging and the comfort to get on with their days knowing that their child is gaining knowledge and blossoming surrounded by educators that truly believe in them.” Read more.

I’m a strong believer in children learning through their own intentions – not because they are told to. Learning based on their own interests and curiosities. Exploring their world and gaining understanding of it in their own way, discovering all of life’s secrets. ‘Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded’ – Jess Lair.

All children (just like adults) are different and unique in their own way; they have their own thoughts, own ideas and interpretations. As educators, we respect each child as the individual that they are.

Each child’s learning is documented by trained educators and used to create a portfolio consisting of learning stories, onward adventures, intentional teaching and rich pieces of artwork. Programming is planned using the children’s interests and is both exciting and educational while being an enjoyable learning experience for all children.

The centre environments we have created are of the highest qualities as children deserve the best while exploring the environment. We are rich in natural resources and display all children’s artwork and learning with pride and purpose. We want families to have that warm cosy feeling while spending time within our service and I truly believe myself and my team create that environment.

Please feel free to come into the Service at any point to speak to myself or my team. We are lucky to be blessed in being a part of so many children’s journeys. There is nothing more rewarding than what we do each day.

My qualifications & experience:

  • Certificate III Children’s Services
  • Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Diploma in business Management
  • Over 10 years of experience in early education & childcare
