To be considered for a role at one of our centres, all applicants must have:

  • A true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR.

We believe while work is important, being there for family and enjoying a balanced lifestyle is of equal importance. That’s why we foster a flexible working environment.

Your application will be viewed within 48 business hours upon receipt. We aim to reach out to successful candidates within 7 business days, with an interview scheduled within 14 business days. If successful in the interview phase, you will be contacted and a start date negotiated.

Due to the volume of applications we receive across our roles, we unfortunately are unable to contact all applicants. Only successful applicants to interview will be contacted. In certain circumstances we will be able to offer video interviews however, our preference is to meet you physically and to show you around our centre. Please advise us throughout your application process if you will require a video interview.
