We understand how important finding the right childcare is and look forward to showing you what makes Sparrow Early Learning Centres loved by our families & community.

Booking a tour is the first step in discovering how Sparrow Early Learning can support your child’s learning and development. During your visit, you’ll meet our friendly educators and leadership team, explore our welcoming learning environments, and see first-hand the experiences and routines that make our centres a home away from home.
 
Your tour will typically include:
  • A warm welcome from one of our centre leaders
  • A guided walk through our studios, outdoor play spaces and learning areas
  • An opportunity to meet our educators and ask questions about programs, routines and resources
  • Insights into our approach to early learning, wellbeing and school readiness
 
Once your tour is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and text. We’ll also send a reminder 24 hours before your tour, as well as a text just before your visit. If you need to reschedule, you can do so directly through the link in your confirmation email.

Tours usually take 30 - 45 minutes to give you plenty of time to explore our spaces, meet educators and ask questions.

Tours are designed for parents, guardians and caregivers considering Sparrow Early Learning for their child. If your child isn’t attending a Stay & Play, we highly encourage bringing them along so they can experience the environment, meet our educators and begin to feel comfortable in the space.

Yes. Our centre leaders can explain fees, session options and enrolment processes so you have all the information you need. We can also provide an estimate using the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), or you can use our CCS calculator here. or view your preferred centre’s page to check fees here.

Yes, we highly encourage children to attend, especially if they’re not booked into a Stay & Play. It’s a great opportunity for them to see the centre, meet our educators, and get a feel for the environment. If you’d like your child to spend more time exploring, you can also book a Stay & Play session by calling 1300 441 441 or emailing enrol@sparrow.edu.au.

This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to meet their new educators while feeling safe and secure with you by their side. It allows our team to build trust with the child get to know their unique cues, interests, and comfort needs

Allow time for your child to discover our studios, resources, and outdoor spaces at their own pace. By the time of their commencement, there will be familiarity of the environment and educators supporting a smooth transition.

See how our day moves gently with the children with moments of play, shared meals and unhurried transitions that support curiosity and connection.

Usually 30 - 60 minutes (flexible to you and your child’s needs).
