Hi, I'm Emma, and I am the Service Manager at Sparrow East Butler.
I've been part of the Sparrow for the past five years with a background of over 15 years in the Early Childhood Industry. Throughout my career, I've progressed from a trainee into leadership roles, and now have the privilege of leading our wonderful service. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am passionate about creating an environment where children, families and educators can all thrive.
