Sparrow Carrum Downs is a ‘home away from home’ providing early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Located close to local schools, shops and just a two-minute walk from public transport, our childcare centre offers spaces rich in natural resources including sandpits, water-play areas, trees and plants to encourage sensory exploration in a safe, supportive environment where children are valued and respected.

Children are seen as creative, confident, and active learners. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our educators design play-based programs that respond to each child’s interests, experiences, and developmental needs.

With over 13 years of experience in Early childhood education, I am extremely proud to be leading a team of qualified educators at Sparrow Early Learning Carrum Downs. My aim is to deliver a unique experience to every child and family, one that is filled with learning, natural resources as well as endless creativity and imagination. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. An environment that helps children feel safe and comfortable, allowing them to open to new experiences and ideas without fear of judgment and to take risks and explore their interests freely.
