At Sparrow Early Learning Hope Street, we are creating a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. Designed for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, our purpose-built Service will offer high-quality early learning, nurturing care, and meaningful connections that support every child’s development and every family’s journey.

OUR HOPE STREET SERVICE MANAGER
Carly brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education and leadership to Sparrow Early Learning. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is known for her calm, consistent, and supportive leadership style.
In her current role as Service Manager of our Bunyip service, Carly enjoys leading and inspiring educators, with a strong focus on compliance and best practice. She believes that clear expectations and positive role modelling create safe, caring, and nurturing environments where children can thrive.
Carly values collaborative partnerships within her service, recognising that every team member plays an important role. Working closely with families and the wider community is central to her approach, and she values the strong connections that come from being part of a close-knit local community.
Outside the centre, Carly enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
