Welcome to Sparrow
Our rich learning curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework, including a dedicated School Readiness Program led by a Bachelor-qualified teacher. Each age group experiences environments and activities designed to support their individual growth at their own pace. Babies and toddlers benefit from their own shaded play space with age-appropriate resources, while engaging indoor areas encourage creativity and exploration. Our passionate educators extend on children’s home-life experiences to build confidence and connection.
I believe that it is imperative in forming those individual bonds in the early years/ stages of not only children’s lives but those of our families. This ensures that everyone has a sense of agency to feel safe, secure and supported here at Sparrow High Wycombe.
I have been working in the Early Education sector for over 15 years. I started my role in the sector at the early age of 15 years old, working my way up from a Cert III to a Diploma Lead Educator, Assistant Service Manager and now Service Manager for Sparrow Early Learning High Wycombe.
