Sparrow Grant Street is a brand-new childcare centre in the heart of Drouin, Victoria, offering child-led early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Centrally located next to Drouin Primary School, our spacious studios are filled with natural light, and outdoor environments include a water play area, veggie patch, sandpit, and lush grassed spaces, encouraging children to explore, imagine, and engage in playful learning every day.

Welcome to Sparrow
Our passionate educators create a safe, joyful environment that nurtures relationships, curiosity and holistic development. Children are encouraged to lead their learning through play-based, interest-driven experiences using stimulating, natural spaces and resources.
Our curriculum includes excursions, incursions and a weekly ‘Little Big Sports’ program, giving children opportunities to explore their community, develop confidence and engage in imaginative, problem-solving, and collaborative play. My name is Courtney and I am your new Service Manager. I am truly excited to join this wonderful community and begin building strong, meaningful relationships with each of you and your children.
I have been working in the early education sector for 16 years and have held a variety of roles, from Educator through to Area Manager. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of what makes a service thrive, strong relationships, a supportive and empowered team, and a genuine partnership with families. I am incredibly passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn, and where families feel heard, respected, and connected.
